Together for the Future

At LBC Korus Group, our business has always been guided by strong values that shape our decisions, actions, and relationships every day. We are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our activities while fostering well-being, respect, transparency, open dialogue, and integrity.
Together with our managers and employees, we actively promote these values throughout the organization.
By placing people and the environment at the heart of everything we do, we recognize our responsibility toward our stakeholders and the wider ecosystem.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is central to our strategy. We integrate social, environmental, and economic considerations into our decision-making processes to create long-term value and continuously improve our performance.
Since 2011, with the support of Espère, a consultancy specializing in CSR, climate, and circular economy strategies, we have structured our environmental approach in line with the recommendations of ISO 26000.
We are also proud to have been EcoVadis certified since 2011, reflecting our long-standing commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.

To lead by example every day by promoting fairness, health, safety, and well-being in the workplace.
Contribute to preserving natural resources through responsible and sustainable practices.
Strengthen local ecosystems by acting with integrity, transparency, and responsibility toward all our stakeholders.
Through the Diag Décarbon’action program, supported by Bpifrance, ADEME, and the Association for Low-Carbon Transition (ABC), we have established a comprehensive and accurate greenhouse gas (GHG) assessment.
Adopt an ambitious yet realistic low-carbon strategy to significantly reduce our environmental impact.
Climate change requires action beyond regulatory compliance. We are committed to understanding our current impact and implementing meaningful, measurable actions to reduce it.
In 2023, our activities generated 2,339 tonnes of CO₂e, equivalent to the annual emissions of 251 French citizens or approximately 300 trips around the world by plane.
Our three main sources of emissions are:
Raw materials: 66.5% of total emissions
End-of-life products and waste: 20%
Employee travel and logistics: 4%
We are now implementing a structured low-carbon transition plan, with the objective of reducing our relative greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030.
Our roadmap focuses on four strategic priorities:
Governance: Establishing and monitoring a long-term low-carbon roadmap.
Products: Promoting low-impact materials, local sourcing, and circular economy principles.
Commercial Strategy: Systematically integrating carbon considerations into every client proposal.
Logistics: Optimizing transport flows and reducing freight-related emissions.
