Preliminary budget estimation to validate the project’s key strategic and financial directions.
Optional – In-House Interior Design Support
If you are not yet working with an interior architecture firm, our in-house design team can support you by providing space plans, mood boards, and design concepts to help you visualize and develop your project.
2-PROJECT DELIVERY
Feasibility Study
Review of the project brief, analysis of drawings and specifications, and detailed definition of project requirements.
Supplier Sourcing
Careful selection of suppliers based on quality, lead times, pricing, country of origin, and ESG performance.
Costing & Procurement
Preparation of detailed cost estimates, including negotiation of pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Selection & Validation
Presentation of samples and prototypes, with the creation of mock-up areas where required to validate design and product choices.
Project Administration & Quality Assurance
Management of purchasing, order processing, invoicing, scheduling, and quality control throughout every stage of the project
3-LOGISTICS
Project Planning
Development of the overall project schedule and coordination with the main contractor, taking all on-site constraints and milestones into account.
Logistics & Warehousing
With our integrated logistics department and two dedicated warehouses, we manage the entire supply chain in-house. This allows us to offer maximum flexibility and adapt deliveries to each client’s schedule and project requirements.
Delivery & Installation
Transportation of furniture and equipment to site, installation, assembly, unpacking, and environmentally responsible waste management.
Turnkey Handover
Delivery of all operational documentation, including user manuals, technical data sheets, and replenishment procedures, followed by final project validation and successful handover.
